The Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) is a market leader in the provision of medium and long term secured loans to agricultural and horticultural business in England, Wales and Scotland. We have been a member of the Lloyds TSB Bank Group since 1993.

AMC is well known in the industry for providing simple, secure finance for land purchase and for any other business purpose. Once the loan is in place it is secure and uncallable (providing instalments are met) and we will not contact you unless you request it.

We offer competitive funding for any business purpose relating to agriculture and horticulture and will consider finance for divorce and inheritance tax settlements, succession planning, buying out a retiring partner and restructuring of finance. AMC is independent so it does not matter who you bank with. Secured loans are available for five to forty years and in addition, a short term Flexible Facility is also available, suitable for helping cashflow or providing project funding.
