We do all the legwork so you don’t have to

    We take care of the:
    • re-direction of all standing orders and direct-debits,
    • transfer of your old balance to your Lloyds TSB account,
    • closure of your old account.
And are available to answer any questions you may have during the transfer.

To make the move a little easier we can arrange an interest free overdraft while your account is being moved of up to £5,000* for three months. If your financial needs are greater, you can still benefit as the first £5,000 of the overdraft  will be interest free*.

    We’ll make you a promise

We'll give you a one-off payment of £50 if we miss any of the agreed timescales by more than 24 hours. We’ll also refund any charges or interest you incur because of delays caused. Six months free day-to-day banking

You’ll receive six months free day-to-day banking as a way of saying thanks for moving your account to Lloyds TSB.

    Benefits of free banking

    We won’t charge you for:
    • paying in or taking out cash,
    • paying in or issuing cheques,
    • standing orders or direct debits.
There is no limit on the number of deposits or withdrawals, and you do not need to keep a minimum balance in your account to qualify.

All we ask is that you keep your account within agreed limits, for example not going overdrawn without agreeing with us first.

When your free banking period is over

When your free banking period ends our Business Extra Tariff will apply. You can choose to remain on this tariff and earn credit interest at the Bank of England base rate less 2.5 percent. If you use electronic or automated ways of banking then you may prefer our Electronic Business Tariff, which includes lower cost charges for these types of transactions but does not pay credit interest.

    Compare our tariffs.
