The Complete Property Owner policy arranged and underwritten by Allianz Insurance plc offers cover for up to 20 premises on one policy against a wide range of risks and is specifically designed to meet the needs of property owners. Trade sectors covered include leisure, manufacturing, motor trade, office, printing, residential property/blocks of flats, retail, surgeries, warehouse and storage.

Exclusions

EBI does not provide protection for those engaged in the following:

Roofing contractors: external cladding/roofing/guttering contractors, whether flat felt or wooden roof,
Entertainment and Events: events organisers, fairground rides, fashion exhibitions and pubs with entertainment more than twice a month,
Residential lets: asylum seekers, DSS and students, flats on short term lease and hostels,
Market traders, mobile shops and food vendors, pawn brokers, and jewelers,
Nursing Homes.
