Public Liability Insurance covers your legal liability, in connection with your business, to members of the public for accidental injury or accidental damage to their material property.
Please note that it does not provide cover in respect of injury to your own employees - this is covered instead by Employers Liability Insurance.
Property Owners Liability is also available to cover legal liabilities to the public arising from ownership of a property.
