Fixed rate loan important information

For loan amounts over £25,000 there will be an additional cost if you close your loan early.

You tell us about your plans and needs, we will let you know if we require any security and we will agree the interest rate with you. An arrangement fee will apply and is dependent on the amount you choose to borrow. These terms will be discussed with you before you are committed.

All loans are subject to status and we will need your permission to carry out a credit check on you and your business. You should not apply for an amount that you cannot comfortably afford to repay.
