- Entertainment and Events: events organisers, fairground rides, fashion exhibitions and pubs with entertainment more than twice a month
- Residential lets: asylum seekers, DSS and students, flats on short term lease and hostels
- Market traders, mobile shops and food vendors, pawn brokers, and jewelers
- Nursing Homes
