Cash Management technical Information
Cash Management technical specifications are based on industry standards. For any of our electronic banking services we recommend an IBM-compatible PC with:

Cash Management uses WindowsTM graphical-user-interface for ease of use by both new and experienced PC users – with standard menu bars and toolbars across the entire range of services, wizards, context menus and fast path keys. You can easily move through the screens using a keyboard or mouse.
Service Administrator, Account Maintenance and Auditor functions ensure you can control access to all services and monitor their use.
None of your hardware needs to be dedicated to Cash Management. For security reasons we will check authorisation for all your communications and instructions to Lloyds TSB.
What is a Service Administrator?
A service administrator is the person responsible for using the Cash Management service. He, or she, approves and manages all user access. Responsibilities include:
The nominated service administrator needs to apply for the Service Administrator role online.

What happens next?
Once the online application has been completed, we will email your Service Administrator an approval confirmation. The email will include your Customer ID, which should be given to prospective service users.
It is generally advisable to have more than one Service Administrator. Auxiliary nominees will also need to apply for the role ‘Additional or Replacement Service Administrator’ online.
If a replacement or additional service administrator is required, you have to complete the ‘Cash Management – additional or replacement service administrator application form’ which can be obtained by contacting the electronic banking team at 0870 153 9101.
