We are very proud to be named ‘Bank of the Year’ for the sixth year running at the Real FD/ CBI FDs' Excellence Awards 2010 in association with ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales). The award recognises the commitment Lloyds TSB has given small business and corporate customer over the past year.
The annual awards are based on a survey of hundred's of the UK's finance directors and is the largest independent survey of its kind, looking into the services provided by auditors, law firms, banks and technology companies.
As part of the voting process, finance directors were asked to focus on both the quality of service given by their main bank and the degree to which their relationship manager understood their business. Banks were also rated for the support offered as part of their approach to lending, and the help they would be able to provide over the coming year.
“Our Commercial Relationship Managers have worked closely with customers to ensure they have received the support and guidance they need during some very difficult times. It is encouraging that customers can rely on us not just as a provider of finance, but as a source of advice and support.”
