We are happy to discuss your day-to-day banking activities without charge.

However, if we spend a significant amount of clerical time on a specific area not covered in the charges brochure we may charge a fee. In all cases this will be agreed with you first.

Cards

These charges are in addition to any charges for account debits from your current account.

Debit card transactions abroad (excludes Cashpoint machine withdrawals)
2.75% foreign exchange fee for transactions
Using your debit card to buy foreign currency or travellers cheques from any outlet (except Lloyds TSB branches) displaying the Visa sign or Travel Bureaux
1.5% of the transaction amount (minimum £1.50)
ATM withdrawals using your debit card or Cashpoint card from a LINK machine in the UK
If you are using a non-Lloyds TSB ATM the owner of the machine may levy a charge. All LINK cash machines will give you an in-advance, on -screen warning about any charges that may apply. This warning will tell you who's making the charge and give you the option to continue or cancel the transaction
ATM withdrawals using your debit card or Cashpoint card from non-LINK ATMs in the UK
1.5% of the transaction amount (minimum £1.50)
ATM withdrawals using your debit card or Cashpoint card from machines abroad displaying the Visa sign, or over the counter at a bank or any other outlet displaying the Visa sign
1.5% of the transaction amount (minimum £1.50) plus 2.75% foreign exchange fee. If you are using a non-Lloyds TSB ATM some providers may charge you a fee for using their machines



All charges are per item unless otherwise stated. Separate charges apply for Business Charge Card. Please refer to your business team for details of these charges.

These services are in addition to our Business Extra Tariff and Electronic Business Tariff.
