Ordering a cheque book or paying-in book by SMS

At Lloyds TSB we put your business first. That’s why we’re making ordering cheque or paying-in books easier and simpler than before.

Ordering by SMS is quicker than visiting your branch or sending a request by post, plus it won’t cost you any more than your usual charge for sending a text message.

The facility is available to all existing business customers and there is no need to register for our Text alerts service to take advantage.

Ordering a cheque book

  1. Create a new text message on your phone.
  2. Enter the following details: CHQ (space) your 6 digit sort code (space) your 7/8 digit account number. Your text message should look like this: CHQ 123456 12345678
  3. Send your text message to 82332.

Ordering a paying-in book

  1. Create a new text message on your phone
  2. Enter the following details: PIB (space) your 6 digit sort code (space) your 7/8 digit account number. Your text message should look like this: PIB 123456 12345678
  3. Send your text message to 82332.

If you make a mistake, we’ll text to let you know and ask you to send your request again.

Once we receive the correct details, you will receive your order within 4 days. If your new cheque or paying-in book doesn’t arrive, please contact your Business Manager.
