Ordering by SMS is quicker than visiting your branch or sending a request by post, plus it won’t cost you any more than your usual charge for sending a text message.
The facility is available to all existing business customers and there is no need to register for our Text alerts service to take advantage.
If you make a mistake, we’ll text to let you know and ask you to send your request again.
Once we receive the correct details, you will receive your order within 4 days. If your new cheque or paying-in book doesn’t arrive, please contact your Business Manager.
